Yes, all our sarees are 100% authentic and handwoven. We work directly with master weavers to ensure authenticity and quality. Each saree comes with quality assurance and is carefully inspected before shipping.

Do you ship internationally? expand_more

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@srilakshanya.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order? expand_more

To place an order:

  1. Browse our collection and select the saree you like
  2. Click on the product to view details
  3. Select quantity and size (if applicable)
  4. Click "Proceed" and fill in your details
  5. Complete the payment
  6. You'll receive an order confirmation
What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

We accept various payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Digital wallets

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You'll also receive updates via WhatsApp or email when your order status changes.

What if I'm not available when delivery is attempted? expand_more

If you're not available, the delivery person will:

  • Leave a delivery attempt notice
  • Contact you to reschedule delivery
  • Make up to 2 additional delivery attempts

If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to us and you'll be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Selected shipping method

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement at no extra cost
  • Or provide a full refund
  • Cover return shipping charges

Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
